SPECIAL JOINT MEETING

The Chairmen called to order the joint meeting of the Zoning Commission and the Economic Development Commission at 7:05 p.m.

III. PRESENTATION
A. “Mariner’s Way” Study Report
David Shearer spoke on behalf of the Board of Selectmen’s Route 1 East Committee by presenting its recently completed Study of the area of town where Route 1 runs between the town center and Ferry Point. The Commissions and others in the audience asked questions about the concepts of the Study, as well as commented on the findings and the recommendations as presented in the Report. Members of both Commissions were complimentary of the work done by the Committee. The Town Planner informed the attendees that she intends for implementation of the concepts to be a focus in the New Year.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
The Chairman adjourned the meeting at 7:50 p.m.
